Usage Guide

- Available Route: Coex City Airport ↔ Incheon Airport (6103)
- Available period for reservation: Two weeks prior to departure date~Two hours prior to departure time
- Fare : Adult 18,000 won, Child 12,000 won (6-13 years old)
- When issuing a reserved ticket, you must carry a reserved card with you. You can get a ticket by presenting a reserved card after confirming that you made a reservation at the ticket window, or entering the reservation number into the unmanned ticket machine.

Modify/Cancellation Guide

- If you change your reservation, you must cancel all existing reservations and re-booking again.
- You can cancel a reserved ticket by clicking on “the Cancel button.”
- The cancellation fee can be charged depending on the departure date. Cancellation fee will be charged if the departure time passes without issuing or canceling a ticket while reserved (50% of the ticket price: within 3 hours before departure, 100% of the ticket price: 3 hours after departure).
- It takes three to five days(depending on credit or check cards) for cancellation of limousine ticket reservation, and you can check the cancellation status by contacting the card company afterwards. In case of a cancellation fee, only the amount excluding the cancellation fee from the total payment, will be cancelled.
